Southside Mower

They were very helpful and informative in helping me pick out just the mower I needed. They even referred me to the equine discount program that I was eligible for, which saved me some money on the cost of the mower. After ordering the mower and getting it in, they were very fast and thorough to service the mower and get it ready for me to pick up. Very professional organization.

I have referred Southside Mower to several friends because they treat me like I'm their only customer. Their service department always gets my maintenance and repairs done quickly and they communicate if there are any questions or other concerns. I highly recommend Southside Mower if you are looking to purchase a new mower or need service on your current equipment.

I purchased a Stihl PP800 telescoping pole saw on 23 Feb 2026 from SM. As usual, professional, knowledgeable, courteous service (IIRC, Alex, Dave?, like meeting friends at a restaurant). They demonstrated the PP800 features to me and other related accessories too. I have recommended SM to many over the years. Thanks

I live 40 miles away from Southside mower and there are at least 3 other Stihl dealers closer to me. When I need a part that the other Stihl dealers don't have in stock I head up to Southside Mower. If you need a Stihl part or piece of equipment they WILL have it. It's the best stocked Stihl dealer I have ever seen.

Southside Mowers provided a very strong overall purchasing experience. I was able to clearly discuss my mowing needs, and their team took the time to walk through the relevant mower features and how they applied to my situation. The guidance was practical and focused, which made the decision process straightforward. When I arrived, the mower was prepared and ready, which reflected good coordination and respect for my time. They also took the time to patiently walk me through the equipment to ensure I was comfortable with its operation. Overall, the process was professional, well-managed, and customer-focused. A solid experience from start to finish.
